- Clear views: daily, weekly, or monthly layouts so you can read your routine at a glance.
3. Talking to Apponti (natural language)
The standout is smart interaction: not only complex forms—you can talk to the system like a conversation.
- Simple commands: type or say things like “Meeting with Maria tomorrow at 2pm,” and the assistant turns it into a full event with title, date, and time.
- Flexibility: reschedule or delete quickly; items can go to trash when needed, with up to 30 days retention for recovery.
4. Public and private appointments, and collaboration
The calendar is collaborative and helps you work with others with clear privacy rules.
- Privacy: you choose each event’s visibility—public or private.
- Related people: link participants to events, including group meetings.
- Proposing times: search professionals by name or role and propose a slot; the system checks conflicts and holidays before notifying the other person.
